Quickest Dispatch AI Agent provides 24/7 AI-powered phone answering and dispatch services for local service businesses. Our AI agents answer calls on your business number, qualify leads, book appointments, route emergencies, and send instant notifications to your team.

3. Voice Cloning and AI Accuracy

Our AI agents are trained to sound exactly like your team. However, we cannot guarantee 100% voice accuracy for all users. We strive for the highest possible fidelity, but we cannot guarantee 100% voice accuracy in every situation and cannot be held liable for any misrepresentation of your voice.

4. Data and Privacy

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Quickest Dispatch AI Agent or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our service.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County.

7. Beta Testing Program

Quickest Dispatch AI Agent features a Beta Testing Program that grants free access to our advanced AI phone systems. While the standard trial lasts 30 days, we reserve the right to extend this timeframe. Participants will receive an email notification seven days prior to expiration. To maintain service post-beta, a paid plan is necessary, with potential rewards for early adopters.

By opting in and sharing your contact number, you authorize Quickest Dispatch to send automated messages concerning your AI Agent, such as call summaries and status alerts.
